"Some 10 years ago I wondered in to buy some snowmobile clothing and met Phil who was very plesant & helpful not in taking my money but in knowing what I needed to buy and what I didn't need. Later that year I purchased a new sled and had the opportunity to meet Bobby who again was more interested in what I wanted and needed than what the profit was going to be. Would you believe again I went back and bought another sled from guess who Bobby & Phil. When I tell you these guys know their stuff in the service area repairs have always been done right the 1st time, returned quickly and clean. Never had 1 minute of down time since I've done business here. When I need parts I call on Dom and he has never let me down. Sometimes I regret meeting these guy's because not only have they inducted me as a member of their family but now I have to travel 30 miles only to spend quality time with my extended family. I'm 54 and bought a lot of toys, cars, trucks, boats, bikes, ect. in my time and of all the people I've dealt with not one of them even comes close to competing with these guys. How do you rate your past experiances Salesman AFTER the sale, Service contact person, the repair, cleanliness, parts people, and most of all were you treated with respect or treated like your from another planet with 6 heads. Most of the time its not the product that failed you but rather the arrogant people your dealing with that make for a bad experiance. So if you have or plan to purchase a toy that run's on the land or on the sea you owe it to yourself to shop at Land N Sea Marine and tell them R J sent you."
